Learning to live by faith...it seems strange that we have to learn to live. Physical life is natural, instinctive, involuntary, and we do anything to keep our life. But for the righteous to live by faith there are things that must be learned. Life and death hang in the balance.

Living by Faith, not by fear means I must learn to hear.  And not just hearing noise, but learning to hear the Shepherd's voice.  Come listen to what builds a strong faith.

Part 2 of being fruitful. The story of Joseph: marked by years of sufferings, resolution daily not to sin, rejected bitterness and became a blessing to many.

God expects his followers to be fruitful in the midst of sufferings. This is his command and our reality. This sermon (and the next) will use Jesus’ words in John 15:1-17 and the Joseph’s life in Genesis 37-50 to encourage us to be fruitful always.

Hope is the confident assurance based upon a sure foundation.  As we conclude the Book of Daniel, we can find this kind of hope as the Kingdom of Christ is described.  It helps us be ready and to be watching, longing, and loving for Christ's appearing.

When you hear the Bible's teaching about the End Times, what does that make you feel.  Often causes us uncertainty and fear.  Doomsday predictions, evil characters, persecution of believers, and destruction of the world are scary things to ponder.  But when the Bible teaches about the end of the world, one theme shines brightly: HOPE!
